CD comes in custom gatefold cardstock jacket offset printed on 18pt. CCNB board. Includes a foldout lyric sheet insert printed on flecked feltweave text paper.
Deluxe 2×10″ comes in a thick 24pt. CCNB paperboard jacket with the same insert as the CD, and a CD copy of the album. Deluxe LP also includes a 16-page 7″×9″ perfect bound booklet with foil-embossed 80lb cover stock and 12 inside pages featuring duotone art collages by Efrim Menuck. LP further contains a 9″×19″ full colour poster offset printed on uncoated antique finish 80lb paper.
